Do you need nesting, coffee or occasional tables? Craftsman made tables, magazine holders and media storage cabinets are always in stock. We have recently also added a new range of Bonsai tables in some of the most beautiful of UK timbers.

Bill Hazelwood has been making original hand crafted furniture for 45years.

All items have been designed individually and made by Bill in his own well equipped workshop. Only native hardwoods are used and these are chosen with great care in the log.

Great care is taken to air dry the timber in stick before drying it in his own kiln. This process can take up to one year. This is a seasoning that cannot be hurried but he now has a good selection in stock of beautiful Oak, Elm, Maple Plane and spalted Beech, ready to use.  He makes great use of burr timbers which are beautiful and they make every item unique as the grain can never be exactly replicated.

Attention to detail and finish mean more to Bill than the rewards that rapid production would bring. His aim is to offer a unique collection of high quality country furniture to please and delight the customer for many years.

Along with a strong visual tactile appeal Bill produces an attractive hardwearing finish using environment friendly water based lacquers. These result in a water and heat resistant finish that is easy on the eye, and virtually maintenance free.

Bill offers you a personal service, with time spent assisting you in all important choice of timber, size and finish. The end result is a piece of furniture tailored exclusively for you.

His work can be seen at his workshop at home.

Bill keeps a good selection of stock of his own designs and welcomes commissions such as dining tables, display and television cabinets, dressers, sideboards, desks etc. Whatever you want!!!
